Before training you on your new system, Digital Innovations Finish Technicians will land your rack, hang your TV’s, install your touchscreens, motorized shades, etc. and complete the installation process as you take ownership and move into your new home.

All devices will be tested and a final walkthrough will be scheduled between you and your project manager ensuring that all devices have been installed, tested, and are working perfectly.

Once installation is complete, your Digital Innovations Account Manager will schedule time to educate you and your family on how the system works. Of course if should have questions or need technical assistance our Certified Service Technicians can fix common issues remotely or if necessary we will expedite a scheduled visit to your home to make sure your system is stable and up and running.
